As the sun rises over London this morning, we reflect back on another brilliant crypto community event organised and hosted by London based Crypto A.M. the dedicated blockchain leg of the daily City A.M. publication.
Happy 3rd birthday to the full team at Crypto A.M. spearheaded by our dear friend and advisor to Cudos, James Bowater. James’ team lived up to their slogan of ‘Connecting the Community with over 200 guests in attendance as one the first major industry events in the UK, following the easing of coronavirus restrictions on the 19th July.
Not only were we the headline sponsors, but our very own Pete Hill also delivered a keynote speech to the blockchain industry audience, educating them on all things Cudos and why we are on our mission to merge the world’s of blockchain and cloud computing to provide a decentralised cloud that will grow blockchain adoption.
How?
By bringing new industries into the space that are eager to benefit from the security, efficiencies and immutability of blockchain, but are so far unable to do so because of the high costs of blockchain compute.
Ted Baybutt, director of British Sci-Fi Slammer and recent guest on the CudosCast, was also in attendance with his cast and crew to film a scene for the movie, with the audience all featuring in a cameo role as an award was accepted. Little did we know that Pete would be given his first opportunity to realise his silver-screen ambitions with the honour of presenting the award!
